Hard work, respect, sacrifice and reward
The word cypher finds its origins from the Arabic word for zero. It has also evolved through time to mean various things such as an algorithm, a cryptic code, a well-defined process, or a circle. To us, it is a way of life and work.
In late 2007, without any funding whatsoever, we ventured to be the leader in online lead generation and customer acquisition. Two and a half years later, we’ve built over 100 web properties, generated over 10MM leads and customers to our clients, and more than doubled gross revenues year over year. The next phase of our venture is to launch an innovative suite of advertising solutions to generate, acquire, and deliver high quality customers and leads.
Our cypher is pretty simple and pretty old-school: work hard, be as transparent as possible, treat each other with respect, challenge the norm, and of course reward ourselves by having lots of fun along the way.
